This note has been penned in both Common and Kal'dorei, a copy clearly stuck to the outside of the Pig 'n' Whistle and on the two opposite walls inside.
Plague Precautionary Measures - Heed Or Keep Out Ignoring these Regulations assumes you an ally of the Lich King
No one gains entry without a security check, consisting of a trained healer curing all ailments. Healers must be checked as well. No exceptions, City Guards et al included.
Do not approach, touch, or attempt to eradicate pests, including rats, bugs, cockroaches and other insects. These likely carry the Plague.
Bathe frequently, under a shower of preferably hot water to burn out the disease. Do not take baths, you will only sit in your own infection-ridden water.
Do not consume any grains, breads or old meats. Food must be both fresh and if meat, the animal must be checked for infection before killed.
In the event of Scourge, take care to burn everything the moving corpse comes in contact with. Anything you suspect in the slightest must burn. Burnt goods are better than Plagued Ground.
All injuries must be seen to most hurriedly by a professional. If a Rider is not at hand, seek a Dawn Healer. Open wounds are open to infection.
To be updated as seen fit.

An additional note on each page, by the same hand as the Thalassian translations thoughtfully tacked up next to the original copies. The penmanship, though graceful, delicate, and highly legible in Thalassian, seems less certain in Common, and even less than that in Kaldorei:
Wise to refuse all requests of brains as food, regardless how polite. Applies also to unreasonable requests such as eyes.
